Scott Double Pen

Two 10’x20′ Cribs

Mid 1800s Brumley Gap, VA

Average 10″ Faces Poplar, Oak,  Half-dovetailed

This double barn is two 10’x20′ cribs, and was used to air dry tobacco and other farm uses. The logs average 4.5″x10″ and could be rebuilt as a double barn, or separated into two small cabins. The original tiny house! Includes some wide plank boards, tier poles, rafters, etc.
After we recover the cabins, our process is to stage them at our yard, replace any damaged logs, level and square the structure. We also clean and treat the logs, and provide drawings for reconstruction.
