These are our Antique Log Cabins, Barns, and Outbuildings For Sale

Many of these structures are shown on their original site in un-restored condition.  Each of these unique structures can be used to create a one-of-a-kind home, addition or outbuilding.  Once we acquire a structure, our process is to completely document and prepare the structure for delivery to your site. This work includes dismantling the cabin and staging it our North Carolina facility.

All of our cabins include:

• The original log walls, pre-staged at our NC facility, with any damaged logs replaced
• Logs are leveled, squared, cleaned and treated for wood destroying insects
• Logs are tagged, with matching diagrams showing log placement, and a foundation plan
• Other original materials unique to each cabin
• Unlimited phone consultation during cabin reconstruction
